We knew the sex of some of our babies before birth. The ultrasound reports were all accurate.
There was one (the 6th?) where the tech wouldn’t tell me anything. Usually they talk: “I see all the chambers of the heart. There are the kidneys,” but this one was totally blank. Finally I asked, “Does everything look all right?” and she said, “You’ll have to talk to your doctor.”
When I got home, I called my doctor, she called the radiology practice, and they said everything looked normal. Just a tech having a grumpy day.
How awful! We had two miscarriages (very early) before our son, and if a tech had acted sketchy like that, my wife would have had a meltdown.
