I think the fathers should have the ultra sounds.
Just to make everything ‘fair’.
My wife wanted a girl desperately. All of her friends supported her emotionally by telling her it was a girl because, "You're carrying low (or high)" "I can tell from the back that it's a girl" "You're walking like it's a girl."
Ultrasound said differently. So did anatomy at birth. Matthew is in college now.
Our last two children, I predicted with 100% certainty that one was a boy and one was a girl, I would have bet my life savings on it. No ultra sounds and I was correct on both of them.
(Of course they were adoptees.)
