(CNSNews.com) - "I don't think former secretaries are standard employees," State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said at Monday's briefing.
She was responding to questions about Hillary Clinton's OF-109 form, the document that every State Department employee must sign when they leave the agency, certifying that they have "surrendered to responsible officials" all classified, unclassified and other work-related documents in their possession.
Departing employees also must certify that they "understand the criminal penalties relating to U.S. Government records," including the concealment, removal, or mutilation of those records.
As of Monday, the State Department still couldn't say whether former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had signed one of those separation documents.

I know our top tier nobility is grotesquely overpaid, and that Clinton, in particular, has never earned an honest dollar in her entire life. It's always been laundered.
"Legal billing" or "commodities" or "real estate profits" or as a "Foundation employee", she is half of the most wildly corrupt criminal enterprise in American history.

Some need to read her the part from the founding documents where it mentions the consent of the governed.
But I’m sure Bill will argue the meaning of the word ‘consent’..
A FOIA request should be made for the OF-109’s of former Secretaries of State under Bush, clinton, Bush and Reagan. We’ll know shortly if former secretaries weren’t quirte as bright as Pasacki.
