On multiple occasions, Cruz has publicly stated he will not deport any illegal immigrants who have not violated other USA laws.
On multiple occasions, Cruz has publicly stated he would have voted for the Gang of Eight Amnesty if it required that border security be “certified,” and if there is “no path to citizenship.”
His guarantees are worthless.
No Democrat president will ever vigorously enforce border security, and, in my opinion, Jeb, Marco, Rand, and Scott Walker will not vigorously enforce it, either.
The “no path to citizenship” is political comedy.
Every Amnesty RINO knows that provision will not survive 15 minutes in the Federal Court system.
And if somehow it does survive, before every election millions of immigrants will be in the streets demanding citizenship and screaming “Racism” at the GOP.
The GOP leadership would buckle in terror within 24 hours.
You have already surrendered your country.
I’m not ready to do that.
I still think we can uphold the rule of law.
