A small Finnish computer game company released a game last Tuesday, hoping for a few sales. This weekend, it passed 500,000 copies sold. It’s amazing what a small group of developers can do when they listen to their customers.
The game is not perfect, but those who have bought into it know that the company will adjust it. If not, they made it so modifiable that someone will.
But I sense those folks have to be ready for history to be in the making as well.
