I think her role is basically - to use a Star Wars reference - Emperor Palpatine. I’m convinced that on most issues, Obama is just the pitchman. I believe Jarrett is the administration’s “brain trust”, such as it is.

I agree. I say Jarrett is the funnel who collects all the bad ideas that come in from the lower-level dem0crat political hacks, filters them and advises 0 as to which ones to move on first.
