Cell phones were rolling on a violent brawl involving Homestead middle school girls after school just feet away from school property. But it was anything other than a fair fight.
A girl in pink shorts throws the first punch at 14-year-old Angelina Padron. Padron fights back. Thats when the girls friends jump in. They punch, kick and at one point drag Padron by her hair into the street.
The fight is only broken up when a shirtless man from the neighborhood steps in to pick her up.
The situation involving the girls is so tense, a relative of Angelinas speaking out about the incident did not want to be identified.
(The video) makes you want to go hurt somebody but you cant, he told CBS4s Natalia Zea.
He says Angelina and her mother immediately reported the fight to Miami-Dade School Police and are pressing charges. The girls were suspended, as was Angelina.
The principal actually suspended her saying she participated. She shouldve got on the ground and balled up in a ball. When she was on the ground they were kicking her in the head and stomping on her, he said.
A district spokesperson says her suspension was later overturned, but Angelinas family wants much more than that.
The girls didnt even get kicked out of school, theyre still in school when they said they would kick them out, said the relative.
The District spokesperson denies that the principal made that promise.
Angelinas relative believes the school was too easy on the girls, who he says are the same girls posting messages on Facebook identifying themselves as a member of a gang and throwing up signs.
One of their pages boasts, Me and my sisters dont know what a one on one is 100 percent. Even if my sister beating life out of somebody, I aint gonna watch, Im gonna beat the life out of that (expletive) too. Thats how were raised.
The incident appears to be bigger than the brawl next to the school.
According to a police report, the mother of one of the girls that was beating up Angelina in that video threatened Angelinas mother three different times if she pressed charges against her daughter. Angelinas mother captured cell phone video of one of those alleged threats.
Florida City police say an arrest of that girls mother is pending.
A month after the attack on Angelina, someone broke the windows of her home.
They went over there, they broke the windows, they tried to pry the window open. The police have been called multiple times, said Angelinas relative.
One of the girls who he says was part of the videotaped attack on Angelina, later bragged on Facebook about breaking a girls windows. Angelinas family is now trying to save enough money to move.
In the meantime, they feel the school district and police are not doing enough to help them.
The system is broken, the relative said.
Don't parents and children have a God-given First Amendment Right to freel assembly?
Free assembly **means** the freedom to NOT to be forced ( by the threat of truant office, police, and court action )to assemble with thugs in a government indoctrination center!
Fundamentally, government schooling is freedom of conscience and First Amendment abomination!
Every single school day teachers WILLINGLY open the doors on this abuse. No one is holding a gun to their heads forcing them to establish, uphold, and support a corrupt system that they KNOW hurts children! They do it for money.
These corrupt schools ( run willing by teachers who willingly seek the job) hurt not only the good kids but they hurt the violent children by not providing the discipline and natural consequences that are sorely needed.
I think this would be a wonderful opportunity to pause for a moment and give thanks for the great contributions of the Black community to our society. Their peaceful and generous nature make them ideal neighbours, lending testimony to their exceptional family values and parenting skills unrivaled by any other culture. Their commitment to academic excellence enriches our schools and serves as an example to all who hope to achieve prominence as a people. Real estate values are fueled by the mix of African Americans into an area due to their caring and respectful nature of these communities, an example of all they have achieved through their enthusiasm for self improvement by hard work and a self-reliant can-do nature. Without their industrious and creative drive, we would be poorer as a nation.
these young activists were just using the persuasion of power..
Is “middle school girls” the female version of. “Teen”?
Proper video recording techniques should be a mandatory subject in school. Maybe then we could get some decent Big-Foot or UFO footage.
Just sayin’...
Again, thank you Lyndon.
That's the pattern. The underclass likes attacking in packs, and has for a long time. Even if an attack starts one on one, expect the rest of the pack to pile on. Especially if the target is not one of their "tribe".
“The girls didnt even get kicked out of school, theyre still in school when they said they would kick them out, said the relative”
If the fight didn’t happen on school property, the school would no doubt be sued if they kicked these kids out.
LMAO! That was perfect. For Opposite Day.
Black men call black women... Beasties.... Now I know why.
All da sistas dey got cell phones but dey can’t talk da english right.
Don’t blame Whitey for that.
if the Nobel Prize winner in the White House would speak out to the black community and condemn violence, it could make a difference. But he benefits by it. So not going to happen.
Not me buddy, I am part of the greater American Community and have no urge to commit mindless violence, its culture that is the issue, a culture that is alien to most reasonably intelligent folks.
OMG I never thought of that. If thats correct it would go a long way to explain the absence of blacks in competitive water sports such as swimming at the Olympics. A genetic fear of crocodiles./s
This behavior is everywhere today thanks to the white hut’s encouragement. The female ferals who beat down that one girl in Brooklyn the other day have been arrested. One was caught trying to board a plane to Jamaica. Betting that plane ticket wasn’t bought with a paycheck from a legal job.
Since this was just a few feet off of school property, I wonder how many staff people were looking out the windows, doing nothing to stop it.
