Good reason to eat at home. Then I don’t have to worry how much salt is in the food or if they actually have something I can eat.
Eating out with digestive disorders is a nightmare in it’s self.

MOOCHelle is now demanding that restaurants list ALL the ingredients, calories, fat grams, carbohydrates, sodium, milk and milk derivatives, tree nut products, peanuts, sugars, starches, MSG, eggs, lactose, dextrose, and fiber on every item on the menu.
And don’t even get me started on the school lunches!
None of this would be a problem if Mrs. O would set an example, but every picture of her is either a rear view of her commodious caboose, or a full-frontal of her with her face stuffed with french fries.
Seriously, though, I am sorry about your gastro-intestinal issues, and pray for your health! :-)
