I think that the agreement was made on February 23rd, when all of the new pukes were in Munich—ironic because that is where Chamberlain commited the League of nations to the Munich Agreement that caused WWII.
Another note—Chamberlain, Daladier (France), and Mussolini signed the Munich Agreement on Sept. 29, 1938. Germany invaded Poland one year later. Kerry met Zarif (Iran) on Feb. 6th, 2015 with Helga Scmid (EU) present. Rumor has it that a deal was concluded on February 23rd, 2015 that included France and Russia. All the rest is smoke and mirrors for US voters benefit. Needless to say, if the breakdown of the 2015 Munich Agreement occurs on the same schedule as 1938, War will occur before a new President is able to change anything. Thus, we will have lost our soverienty.
