It’s all about building a coalition. And there are more rightwing parties then there are left wing. Bringing in more parties will make it harder to govern, and Netenyahu may have to bring in parties he’d rather have nothing to do with, but I think at the end of the day he’ll remain in office.

I think that's exactly right. Even with 25 seats, Zionist Union cannot form a ruling coalition.
