I read this a couple hours ago about the (murder)shooting in a St.Louis suburb of a six year-old (drive by). The link is to an article that one of the responding officers wrote. EXTREMELY SAD. This was just hour before the Ferguson shootings. A must read, but tears will flow.

Rather than doing something to help this child laying on the sidewalk, bystanders were “taping” and angry. Police drove the child to the hospital STAT. His name was Marcus.
