It is interesting to note that opposition to Obama is now considered “treason”.

There has been only 1 prosecution of an American citizen for a violation of the Logan Act since 1799.

Now these moonbats want 47 prosecutions for Senators who are doing their sworn duty to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Frankly, if Obama thinks he can institute a treaty with our sworn enemy, Iran, without “authorization” from the Senate, then he is in violation of the Logan Act.

Those folks who are pretending that the Senate has no role in treaties are not fooling me. I know that they know better. It’s simply more of that same lying and despicable polarization that is enabling their reshaping of this country.

But he’s running his little game again, saying it’s not a “treaty,” it’s an “agreement.” Just the same as amnesty wasn’t an “executive order.” it was a “memo.”
