And there is plenty software that turns scannable hard copy documents into searchable text files.

It's not perfect, but it does save a lot of typing. My guess is that with OCR software, one temp could do 20 pages per hour rather than per day.

The part that makes the whole thing bogus anyway is that the hard copy material was screened by Clinton Crime Family operatives prior to release.
