Why?
There are things I don't agree with where his policy positions are concerned. They are very limited in nature.
This was not a policy position statement by Cruz, he made a statement and whether you think it is the 'smart' thing to say or not, the DOJ SHOULD BE investigating Hillary for her email malfeasance. There SHOULD BE charges filed against her. In any case, it is the responsibility of the DOJ to do these things.
