Then what is the question here? All that is needed is one. If they have an e-mail or text to/from Hillary and Hillary’s server doesn’t have a copy of it then she is nailed for tampering with a Fed doc. That's a felony. $100k fine and one year in jail for each doc. Can never hold a gov office again.
I doubt she’ll ever be prosecuted, by either this administration or the next - even if it’s a GOP one.
But if she’s disqualified from holding a gov office, bingo.
