Rubio has the same issue in Florida but i have not heard that the legislature is picking up on it...Will be intresting if he announces because Florida is by no means a win for the GOP. Governor Scott won re-election by only one percentage point running against the total sham of Charlie Crist.

Florida may have done the demographic flip, in which case the Electoral College has virtually sealed the GOP’s doom as regards regaining the White House. I have hope that perhaps Pennsylvania or Michigan will cross back to our side but I just don’t see it happening.
