The radio ad by Scott Walker opposing the ethanol mandate was approximately put out on March 7, 2006. This is proof as early as nine years ago that he used an issue as bait to get Wisconsin Conservatives to vote for him, and then when he decided he wanted to be President in 2015, he went to Iowa and changed his tune by saying he was against the mandate.
