The population is majority black so more blacks will be arrested than whites.
The law abiding Ferguson citizens will need to protect themselves with guns since the govt is signaling it wants less law enforcement now.
When blacks (and often Hispanics) become the majority in an area, they want all of the government jobs; the only whites they want to see are those paying for it.
Thankfully here in NJ we ran out of money so the state doesn’t transfer as much money from taxpayers to parasites. Murders/violent crime are through the roof, but if people can’t pay for police protection they no longer get it.
