The Justice Department is preparing to bring criminal corruption charges against New Jersey Sen. Robert Menendez Which one is it... they charged him today, or they are preparing to charge him later?

That’s why His Arrogance is not preparing any backup plan for the possible loss at the Supreme Court on the CommieCare lawsuit for the subsidies. Roberts will use some creative Common Core Progressive reading and interpretive skills to say that the law was “intended” to support Social Justice and that the law will stand (4-5).
