RE: the idea behind a fine on a ticket is to get the person that is breaking the law to stop. I have no problem with a sliding scale on tickets and punishments with in policing of society.
So, I assume you have no problems with local traffic police and highway patrol poking into your tax documents ( including knowing how much money you made and knowing what your net worth is ).
I don’t know how a system would be done so the info would not be made available on the local level to police departments but I am sure it could be done. If you think your financial worth is a secret you are wrong. unless you go through a lot of effort the info is available to who ever wants it.
