But you live in Northern California. And within 75 mile of the coast the weather is simply unbeatable - never too hot, never too cold, never humid and unbelievable scenery.
And if you want snow, it’s only a couple hours away and if you want heat... well there’s always Death Valley.
In other words... you’re spoiled... as am I. :)
All white cities, with a smattering of Asian ones. You have to go to #69, Pointe-a-Pitre, Guadeloupe, before you get to one with a significant black population.

Boston was a much nicer place 20+ years ago when the Patriots and Red Sox sucked.
