The judge knows that of which he speaks.

Gone rogue? His job from the beginning was “fundamentally transform America”, so he was rogue from Day 1.

The truth is that when Obama makes a change to a signed law it is no longer the original bill signed into law and must go back to Congress to be reintroduced as a bill with the changes and go through the same process.

That is why the line item veto was nullified by the Supreme Court, because one change in the bill makes it no longer viable - legally speaking.

Obama is counting on no one bringing up the truth.

But if no one stops him, does it matter if he’s a rogue?

Congress seems to have rolled over and is playing dead and letting BO do what ever he gosh darn well feels like.

A representative government is only as good as the people in it, and the current crop is consistently refusing to exercise their Constitutional checks-and-balances functions. Why not become a dictator under those circumstances? I'm surprised 0bama has waited as long as he has in the face of virtually no resistance.

This is going to get worse before it gets better.

He said the Constitution and rule of law is irrelevant.

His minions make no attempts to cover their naked love for crass crude tyrannical rule.

Sadly, WE have a leaderless CONGRE$$, adrift in a sea of cameras and recorders, oblivious to the battle citizens face daily while they fiddle and diddle.

Can the president rewrite federal laws? Can he alter their meaning? Can he change their effect?

The President can do anything he wants if nobody stops him. With this Congress he could declare himself "Emperor for life" I mean why not? It's not like they will do anything about it. We ARE living under a tyranny right now, EVERYTHING this enemy of the United states does is against the will of the people. That IS tyranny, a tyranny courtesy of the US Congress who if it was up to me, with the exception of a few, would all be arrested, tried for treason, and executed if found guilty....and quite a few would be. That HAS to be done, otherwise this crap will continue. The code is quite clear.....

18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

What the hell? He already has many times. And is it now law his way? America is in a shi! load of trouble and its people and GOP is allowing it. We are done since most will never be changed back but will be added to.

To: Jim Robinson; Tolerance Sucks Rocks; Jim Noble

The Judge is playing catch-up but is performing a valuable service by getting the summarized information out to the public.

Obama is going rogue obviously because there is no Congress to rein him in.

What is needed ASAP is described below. Thanks to Freepers Jim Noble and Tolerance Sucks Rocks for valuable input.

Repeating here an illustrative example of how the power of Article V can be unlocked by the States to restore federalism:

************************************************
AMENDMENT XXVIII

To redress the balance of powers between the federal government and the States and to restore effective suffrage of State Legislatures to Congress, the following amendment is proposed:

************************************************
Section 1.
A Senator in Congress shall be subject to recall by their respective state legislature or by voter referendum in their respective state.

Section 2.
Term limits for Senators in Congress shall be set by vote in their respective state legislatures but in no case shall be set less than twelve years nor more than eighteen years.

Section 3.
Upon a majority vote in three-fifths of state legislatures, specific federal statutes, federal court decisions and executive directives of any form shall be repealed and made void.
************************************************

If Section 1 above can be replaced with a repeal of the 17th, then that’s even better but it may be a hard sale. Section 1 above gets the job done by making US Senators pay attention to their State Legislators and at the same time requiring both to interact with the state voters.

I would strongly recommend the following must-see video of Mark Levin be watched, consumed and studied:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdZuV8JnvvA

And I would strongly recommend all to urge respective state senators and state representatives, and the people that work for them, to view it

“would outlaw the only mass-produced bullets that can be fired from an AR-15 rifle”

Correction: would outlaw specifically the M855 ammunition which features a steel tip, which BATFE is construing as a “core”, on grounds that it is “armor piercing” (which legally has nothing to do with ability to pierce armor), and is thus illegal but has been exempted from prohibition by BATFE via a ruling which is now, without cause, being rescinded.

All other non-steel-tip/core AR15 ammo is NOT BEING PROHIBITED.

There is a great deal of misinformation surrounding this issue. Our side need get the facts straight to have any hope of resolving it properly.

I have had that feeling for some time.

Yet in the last month or so, I REALLY feel he's stepped up the rogue-ness.

The recent interview where he says Congress can over ride his executive actions all they want by legislation “I'll just veto them” is probably the most frightening and belligerent example of his intent I've seen in 7 years.

We are, in short, watching a coup unfold before our eyes.

And again, the American people shouted “STOP HIM” in November 2014, and yet, the spineless whores who eagerly took our vote have now pilfered what we have given them so they could rest and grow rich in comfort without having to be bothered.

Boehner and McConnell easily cave, despite knowing what is at stake. Jeb Bush openly bellows that he doesn’t need or want Conservatives to get the nomination.

These people bear a great responsibility for what is occurring in the country. It is not just Democrats, or even the MSM, it is “Republicans” who are suppose to be leaders but cowardly slink away from any fight so as not to disturb their own comfort.

A pox on them.

Boy _resident has largely gotten his way due to support from the enemedia and little push-back from the Republican opposition party.

He’ll step up his unconstitutional orders in his two years to go, I pray it is only two years.

He's been a Judas goat from the start - but since the 2014 election, his megalomania has become patently obvious.

"I am an American fighting man. I serve in the forces which guard my country and our way of life.
I am prepared to give my life in their defense."

The GOPe Congress is not defending the Constitution - not using the power of the purse to stop Obamacare or Amnesty, nor filing Articles of Impeachment.

Why in heaven’s name shouldn’t President Obama advance his agenda??? It’s for the benefit of the middle class and working families in any event.

Also, by not passing the his agenda, Congress really does not leave the President much option but to use his executive powers.

Obama naturalized as a US citizen in 1983. Obama assumed the office in violation of the Eligibility Clause. Congress and the federal courts are powerless to prevent an ineligible President from waiving America’s sovereignty.

Obama needs to call a constitutional convention with representatives from each state attending to develop articles of confederation.

He can do any darn thing he wants until someone stops him.

Courts? Fail.

Congress? Nope. They help him, even with GOP “control”.

States? No. They like the pork. The FedGov confiscates their citizens’ money and playing ball with DC is the only way to get any of it back.

All other solutions fall in the “banned from FR” range.
