Obama is letting Kerry take his lead to keep a lid on things getting out of hand....amazing that any in our congress and administration believe they can contain this war....

All one has to do is look at Libya, Syria, Ukraine and a host of others Obama stuck is hand in and look where they're at. He's become a man of war no matter what he says otherwise...he's caused and created environments for war more than any before him.
