I know that you realize it’s their responsibility under the Constitution. Their abrogation of this is the problem. Guess the Congress for the most part doesn’t care about the Constitution.

Justice Scalia must be living in the 80s. Congress isn’t good for anything.

You totally missed his point - he made the argument that it would be OK to rule against Obama Care subsidies even if it broke the system. We have an institution in place, whose job it is to handle such issues (regardless of their capabilities). The other side is arguing that such a ruling would break things so it shouldn't be made - regardless of the fact that the deal is illegal and unconstitutional.

One has to remember that those people were forced to sign up on the Federal Exchange and something like 80% will pay nothing...and others...a very small "tax".

Those same folks were getting free heae before they signed up. We do not leave people dying in the streets and every emergency room has the same sign....No one turned away!!

You don't get routine physicals at an emergency room. You don't get mammograms or cancer screenings at an emergency room. Emergency rooms are the most expensive way to take care of routine ailments, and those without insurance generally stick the hospital with the bill as well.
