"If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures." - Alexander Hamilton

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates wouldn’t make any sense at all." -- President Ronald Reagan

"A thing moderately good is not so good as it ought to be. Moderation in temper is always a virtue; but moderation in principle is always a vice." - Thomas Paine 1792

"It does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." - Samuel Adams

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams

“the Health Care Choices Act, would allow people to buy health insurance across state lines, long a Republican health policy goal”..

... which should have passed easily when the R’s had the majority in congress, and the White House under GWBush.

Then we wouldn’t even be in this obamadontcare mess.

Which will do nothing for the people losing Obamacare, but if the Republicans are ever going to get a handle on entitlements then they might as well start now and end the Obamacare handout entirely. They’re going to be criticized no matter what; better to be criticized for not spending than for spending too much.

The Obama administration insists that it does not have a contingency plan and that it will prevail in Court.

translation: We don't need a contingency plan. John Roberts knows damned well what we have in our files.

The democratic media are ignoring the fact that with the subsitities also goes the individual Mandate. Ill take freedom over an unafordable and ultimately unworkable government handout anyday.

“Republicans are looking to show that they have a plan ready if the Court strikes down subsidies...”

If they have a better plan, just go the h3ll ahead and pass it - taking out 0’care in the process. Congress created 0’care, they can replace it with whatever they want - anytime they want.

Oh, wait. That would take some stones. Nevermind.....
