I heard this morning that if the courts strikes down the subsidies that the “Republican plan B will subsidize those affected” You can’t make that up. I don’t want to pay others insurance premiums. That is out and out Communism. The republicrats make me sick.

It's likely true that in order for the Supreme Court to go against this law, the Pubbies have to put up a plan to prevent total chaos.

Cruz putting this forward is a signal to the court that they can do it, from his perspective it's likely just a starting point.

It's better than letting it stay, I'm thinking he has several steps thought through to put forward if the Supremes strike it.

Cruz is smart, he moves the discussion and keeps pushing in the right direction. I like that.
