31 pages of lawyer-speek, nothing more
Sorry, I’m still not seeing the RESTORATION of Freedom and Liberty. This is GOPe Fascism.
Why do biz/employers still have all the ‘perks’?
Why are Joe/Jane six-pack still not ‘allowed’ to deduct h-care costs from their taxes?
Why cannot Joe/Jane six-pack mix-match their requirements the same way they might do for car insurance.
Where did the health-savings-accounts go? (Oh, that’s right, since it was OUR $$ we could take/use...).
Where is the smack-down on SCOTUS re: taxing an INACTION?? Congress HAS the authority....
I still have not seen any Amendment passed that gives Congress ANY authority to assist in the ‘healthcare’ of We the People; let alone stealing from one to give to another (Commerce clause is used left and right, what about the Takings clause?????).
This is a good step, but IMO the government still has a leash on Health Care, the industry in general simply by the existence of a law governing healthcare, the industry.
The law I’d like to see is a law for government that says government has no business in business. Call it a leash law.
Leash the government as did our founders, not us.
Go Cruz, our next President.
I believe that’s “Lean Forward”
It would seem to suggest a “lien” on your body or put another way, the lien holder has precedence over the ownership of your body. (IMO)
Wrong.
Cruz has provided a concrete, one-word retort to the claim that no alternative to Obamacare has been presented.
I heard this morning that if the courts strikes down the subsidies that the “Republican plan B will subsidize those affected” You can’t make that up. I don’t want to pay others insurance premiums. That is out and out Communism. The republicrats make me sick.
Cruz putting this forward is a signal to the court that they can do it, from his perspective it's likely just a starting point.
It's better than letting it stay, I'm thinking he has several steps thought through to put forward if the Supremes strike it.
Cruz is smart, he moves the discussion and keeps pushing in the right direction. I like that.
After Kennedey’s volunteered pontification that this would cause a “death Spiral” to the law it is clear he has no fortitude for that. So it’s over. 5-4. We loose. Make it 6-3 with bone head traitor Roberts. Anybody know what they have on that guy? Is it drugs or male protitution?
I stand corrected, mea culpa.
The problem with demoncrats is they think up things in the vanity of their worthless minds!
No! They have knee pads!

Explain your post..............
Last time I looked....I can buy a Volkswagen, Honda, Toyota, Audi...etc.
Oh! America! GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE! It is what it is as in is, is! So there you go again, Obama!
Last time I looked, I was not required to buy any of them and the federal government did not require them to all look the same.
ok
But what they think up is being trumped by substance.
...” allow residents in one state the option to purchase a health insurance plan ‘of their choice’ in any other state”....
No matter how this is done you still got the people who we have to pick up the tab for.
I just read about a guy who was a meth dealer... explosion in his homemade lab costs us a million to treat his burns not to mention disability from his condition for a lifetime......the hospital he’s in looses 3 billion a year on incidents as this.
Not to mention all the risky behavior...aids etc...which people will still go to emergency rooms without insurance and cannot be refused....
