.
Because they are the originators of all of the world’s weapons technology.

Generation = 20 years
20x100=2,000 years
Dated intelligence information says that Israel has somewhere in the 3 to 6 hundred range modern hydrogen warheads in a readily deliverable form. I don’t think they’ll be stuffed into ovens anytime soon.
Think Queen Esther

One generation is the average age at which a newly married couple begins their next generation.
In Isaac’s time it was 14 years, but now its more like 21 or so.

I think their new tech - rods - have been successfully tested.
GO Netenyahu!
You might be right about the hyperbole but if you consider that Israel was under ROMAN rule for some time before the temple was destroyed, and under Greek rule before that, then the generations are closer to 100.
While she was under foreign rule, she had no authority of her own.
I’m not familiar enough with how long the Roman’s ruled, or how long the Greeks ruled, or how long any other nation ruled to be able to give specific numbers. Perhaps someone else can.
A generation is usually considered to be every 20 years, not 40.
25 years is closer to the historic midpoint. Women who looked fertile were usually first pregnant in their early teens. 20 was considered old for a first child until the 20th century.
“Think Queen Esther”
and think Obama = Haman

Except for a hundred years around the Maccabees, Jews have not had independence (as in their own control of their own military) since the destruction of the First Temple (usually dated to around 587 BC).
I wouldn't mind seeing a little of that. I have a couple of targets in mind.
Notice he said “DEFEND ourselves..” I think he’s referring to the range of Iron Dome’s coverage for all of Israel, perhaps.

Precisely!
In fact, Obama may well be an amalekite!

The best defense is a good offense..........
I disagree. I did not find that definition in either of my two print dictionaries, but I did find mine(more or less). Webster's New World #4: "The average period (c. 30 years) between human generations." American Heritage #5: The average time interval between the birth of parents and the birth of their offspring. Neither dictionary mentions the birth of the first child, or even the state of marriage. I am not challenging your personal belief, of course. The reason that I consider 33.3 years more real, is that in prior recent centuries, family size was much larger, with ten children being very common. I consider the generation in such a case to include all 10 children, not just the firstborn.

He was warning Obingo that Israel stopped sharing their advanced technology with the US when he took office, and Israeli Fighter jets now outperform US jets by a considerable margin.

You can disagree all you want, but the new generations keep on popping out about every 21 years in most parts of the world.
For US blacks, it is closer to 16 years.
