No doubt Israel has a “concrete action plan” but hopefully they won’t broadcast it to the bamster and his orcs before it happens.
Why does anyone think that the Iraqi military, along with some Iranian “friends”, didn’t tell the U.S. about their plans to attack Tikrit and take it back from ISIS? I’m sure they were afraid that it might “leak” to ISIS. This action alone by the Iraqi military says volumes.
