I found a web reference which said that ValJar had “Jewish roots”, meaning that one of her great-grandfathers had been Jewish. That isn’t the same thing as saying she’s Jewish, which I just do not believe.
These moronic democrats just proved that there is not a drop of patriotism in their blood...only a lust for power. There was a time when democrats would put the American people and America’s future above their own hidden desires. NO MORE because the democrats only care about themselves and their lust for power. John Yarmuth (D–KY) had to be the worst. For he was speaking as a Jew in Congress. And cast the wildest aspersions upon Prime Minister Netanyahu's speech — and personal character.
Perhaps the worst was to attribute to Netanyahu an implacable desire for a "perfect deal."
Netanyahu said no such thing. What he said was, "No deal is better than a bad deal." The implication being that Israel could survive a "no deal" better than a "bad deal" — which is what the Obama administration seems hell-bent on getting, by buying faithless and totally untrustworthy Iran even more time to cheat on its irreversible (under the current regime) nuclear program.
Also, another implication: If Israel has to live with this "bad deal," then sooner or later the people of Israel — Jews, Christians, Muslims — will be placed under mortal threat. I gather Israel hopes America would still be standing with her, under such dire circumstances.
The Obama administration offers no clarity on this question.
But Netanyahu made it pretty clear that, even if Israel must stand alone, she will STAND.
In conclusion, I found Yarmuth's statements utterly disgusting, ill-reasoned; and ultimately, totally graceless. Who — or what — does this man "serve?" Somehow, I think the real interests of his constituents are not in the forefront of what passes for his mind.
For perspective here, recall the old Bob Dylan tune, "You gotta serve somebody"....
I guess Yarmuth is just one of the go-to guys that the president goes to, when he wants to release his baying hounds upon the public at large.
