If there is no effective opposition, even worse, if the opposition is full of collaborators, it really doesn't matter what the Constitution says. Even if the courts weigh in, Obama has an endless basket of quick outrages and the Courts are slow. Every day, Obama is moving ahead in what looks like a Cloward Piven strategy to completely overload the system and collapse the US.
If it does not collapse the Feds first, death by obesity.
There is a fallback government. It is the states. Even the most profligate state is in rosy shape compared with our rickety Feds.
