At the end of the day Hasan is still literally living in his own bodily wastes, paralyzed from the chest down, arguably from a bullet fired by a woman which would deny him the reward a jihadi is supposed to be able to claim (ie; no 72 virgins for him whenever he shuffles off this mortal coil, however that is accomplished).
While at one time I was appalled and angered at the thought that he probably would never face the executioner for his deeds, I now no longer hold those feelings knowing the truth of his situation. Hasan is a loser, all the way around, even if nothing else ever happens to him...
