The good think is you can’t gerrymander a senate seat in MD.
MD just elected a republican governor and, before massive gerrymandering, had a 4-4 split on house seats.
Will be interestding if Andrew Harris, ths only republican congressman, will make a play or if Dan Bongino will run again...or could former Governor Erhlich return to run?
In an off-year election. In 2014 it went for Obama by about 25 points. It'll go with the Democrat in 2016 by about the same amount and that'll provide the coat tails for the next senator to be a Democrat.
