I have to disagree about Facebook. It's great way to keep up with my family. I have a grand niece that I haven't been able to meet yet but I see her growing up on her mother's Facebook posts.

If that works for you, that’s great. In my case FB came between family members. People say things on the internet they wouldn’t say in person. Me included.
