Sure. "Allahu hua" or الاه هو = G-d in the nominative case with the pronoun "he" added to make a predicate. "Akbaar" or اكبار = superlative of كبير or "kabeer" (big). In Hebrew, however, "Akbaar" or اكبار sounds a lot like "Akhbar" or עכבר, which means mouse. Listen carefully to the Muazzin next time you hear it, and you'll catch the hastily added pronoun.
