Which Republican presidential candidates support amnesty? I have analyzed all the major Republican presidential candidates (except Ben Carson and Rick Sanctorum, who are long shots, and Donald Trump, who has undocumented hair). I have found that all the major presidential candidates support amnesty for illegal aliens, except for one. Can you guess which one?
Jeb Bush: Jeb, as we all know, supports amnesty for illegal aliens, and he's proud of it. If he were running in Honduras, I would vote for him in a minute.
Marco Rubio: Marco Rubio co-authored a bill that would have given amnesty to illegal aliens. He has since tried to walk back from that, saying:
... that hes learned he was wrong on his approach to immigration reform.
Rubio, a onetime Tea Party favorite whose support for a comprehensive immigration reform package hurt him with the base, told the conservative crowd that he now understands U.S. borders must be secured before anything else can be done. what Ive learned is you cant even have a conversation about that until people believe and know, not just believe but its proven to them that future illegal immigration will be controlled.
And if you believe that, I have a taco truck in Juárez I'd like to sell you.

Nobody takes the NY Slimes seriously, though. Never mind that piece being so convoluted and twisted in the first place that only the most hardcore lefties could even believe the premise.
On what basis?
"Asked about what to do with the people here illegally, however, he stressed that he had never tried to undo the goal of allowing them to stay.
The amendment that I introduced removed the path to citizenship, but it did not change the underlying work permit from the Gang of Eight, he said during a recent visit to El Paso. Mr. Cruz also noted that he had not called for deportation or, as Mitt Romney famously advocated, self-deportation.
What's the matter, do that facts interfere with your ability to come to an emotional conclusion?
Assertions by the NY Slimes are “facts”? Note that the claim that Cruz “noted” he was not for so-called “self-deportation” is not rendered as a quote, and there is no source for it. Never mind the über-liberal Texas Tribune, which echoed the NY Slimes’ non-quote.
On the issue of illegal immigration Hillary’s position does not really differ from the GOP crop.
Are you also asserting the NYT libeled Ted Cruz on the most important issue in America...and Ted Cruz didn't even refute the story?
That's what's incredible. I don't care who you are.
Why is it incredible that the NY Slimes would libel someone? Do you know what they are?
Not at all.
What's incredible is that Ted Cruz did not refute the story...IF it was libelous.
Trained Prosecutor, US Solicitor General.
Libeled by the largest and most famous paper in the USA.
And Ted Cruz says nothing on the matter.
That anyone would believe that is what I find incredible.
That was two years ago. He may have said something, but it’s not important enough to worry about, evidently. If Cruz had to fight the liberal media over every innuendo and slander, he would have time for nothing else.
I briefly had a beef with Cruz over his inaccurate and (IMHO) inappropriate Nelson Mandela eulogy, but got over that.
“So if illegal immigration is important to you, you should vote for Ted Cruz but also support Marco Rubio.”
Voting and supporting are two completely different things/
Are they? I don’t know what the dichotomy is, unless of course one is speaking of a “hold your nose and vote” scenario.
“There are no quotes from Cruz in that 2013 NY Slimes article that say what they are trying to make him say. They parse his quotes like crazy and editorialize even more so.”
I agree.
The Mariner is an obvious troller quoting the most liberal news agency in the country.
OKAY .. I have guessed, so could you please tell me who you think it is ..??
