Is it possible to accurately calculate how fast an ice cube would melt in a glass of water if you knew the temp of the water?
May I suggest a website (call it ice flows melting.com). Put all the global warming theories stories there and highlight the ice cube in the glass of water with a countdown to earth flooding clock.
Build up the ice cube in the water as the final proof that ice melting with overflow the glass thereby causing massive flooding.
Then when nothing happens, give the reason.
That is actually mentioned deeper in the article - with no mention of the fact that cycles of freezing and thawing are normal. The article contains virtually no real information and seems to be written to try to get the reader to draw an impression for which they present no evidence.
Even though it extends north toward Chile, and is part of the Pacific Ring of Fire, there is absolutely NO chance that undersea volcanic activity could be heating the water! /s;)
