I predict the Court will not change the law. They will say too much time has passed and to over rule the law now will cause too much of a problem for the U.S.
Expecting the USSC to render a decision that adheres to the underlying principles in the Constitution is probably asking for too much. It is a political, not a judicial, body in reality.
