I cannot prove to you that Hitler ordered the Holocaust killing 6 million Jews and 3 million other people. I cannot prove to you that Stalin killed 40 million people. I cannot prove to you that Mao Zedung killed 50 million people. I cannot prove to you that there is a single abortion in America. But hey, you’re an empiricist. You know this, don’t you?

I think at a minimum, the climate in Russia enables this, yes, Putin is responsible and many of those who follow the Russian propaganda hook, line and sinker are as well.
