The main problem here is that our Congress is guilty of dereliction of duty in that it has given away it’s exclusive Constitutional power of legislation to the executive without retaining the powers of oversight and concurrence.

The question is, what threats have been made? Who is pulling the strings behind the scenes, what has been done in the dark, in the dead of night?
