I am all for learning another language but to be forced to in America to get or keep your job isn’t right. I grew up in South Florida (Hialeah) and moved to Broward after I walked into my bank and the teller began speaking to me in Spanish.

I have no problem with this. To be an effective LEO these days a basic knowledge of Spanish is essential to your survival on the street.

However very soon the Hispanic community will be screaming racism because they are being singled out or targeted by law enforcement.

At the Bank of America branches that I go to, nearly all of the tellers appear Hispanic. I have long suspected that being bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement for getting hired.

I agree. Why should we learn to speak the language of those people who are too entitled to learn English? The country would be better off without those welfare seekers?
