Breto is not wrong about mistrusting any politician. We have a habit here of listening to a statement or two and some one brings out this banner.

This is not mistrust of a politician, which is rational. This is free floating rage. It's pathological.

Breto seems to be beyond angry to raging. The first task is to identify your allies and your opponents.

Ted Cruz is our friend. The eGOP is not. If you cannot identify your allies you have no hope at all.

Realistically, Ted Cruz is doing all he can do at this time. If we want him to do more we have to help. We have to help him gain power.

Raging about what he hasn't done (because he doesn't have the power) is detached from reality.
