This decision has nothing to do with needing a “license” to post on the Internet. Rush Limbaugh argued that bringing the Internet under Title II would lead to licensing requirements because Title II also covers radio and TV transmissions (which require a license), but he was flat wrong. Radio and TV transmissions are covered by Title II of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Today’s decision brings the Internet under Title II of the Telecommunications Act of 1934. Totally different laws.

Today maybe, tomorrow the nose of the camel is already under the tent. Do you not understand how the RAT party works when it comes to GIANT Government? While I was not totally correct the point I am trying to make is that as of today the RAT party now controls the internet that as of yesterday was TOTALLY FREE of regulation, just like cable TV, which is beyond the purview of the FCC. Just saying this is no different that the takeover of the nation’s medical industry or the financial industry with Dodd Frank. The RAT party only works in one mode - TOTALITARIANISM.
