We need to file lawsuits immediately against the FCC’s illegal and unconstitutional action. Obama nor the FCC have no authority to just write net neutrality laws. Only congress can do this. Impeach obama for this and other executive power grabs.

It's the same crap they did with home distilling of alcohol. Couldn't tax whiskey or other distilled spirits made in homemade stills because people refused to pay the vig to the gub'ment so they came up with rules that made it illegal until you register your production and pay a tax on what you make and they claimed it was for health safety.

First the conditioning for years about how evil Comcast is (i.e. throttling rumors, poor customer service incidents dredged up and spotlighted, etc. etc.). If no one owns the internet, then who can they hold accountable? If no one can be held accountable, then what is there to regulate.
Or maybe they want to regulate telecommunication companies which they already can do. But they only provide access to the internet and can be accountable to the FCC if they deal directly in telecommunications.
In either case it is government overreach and should be reason for the congress to dissolve the FCC along with the IRS.
Prediction: Industry stops investing in improvements to Internet infrastructure due to reduced ability to recover costs, and the Feds then redistribute the remaining bandwidth “to be fair.” Everyone suffers.

Maybe the House will defund the FCC since the chairman wouldn’t present the plan before them.
Just whether or not the GOP candidate surrounds himself with the team that knows how to really use these instruments, unlike the last two feckless morons...
