But the hidden player in the book of Esther had different plans. The King of the Universe, the One Who will never forsake Israel extended His scepter... Haman was hanged along with his sons. The decree to destroy was reversed by a decree to defend.
What foolish men who can read the book of Esther and think they can outsmart the Creator. Like Haman and Amalek, may their names be blotted out forever! Hoisted on their own petard...
