President Obama warned workers at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement: implement executive amnesty, or else. He made the comments in a town hall event on immigration on MSNBC.
According to the White House pool report, President Obama was asked for reassurance that people wouldn't be deported as the legal battle over the executive amnesty plays out in the courts.
“Until we pass a law through Congress, the executive actions we’ve taken are not going to be permanent; they are temporary. There are going to be some jurisdictions and there may be individual ICE official or Border Control agent not paying attention to our new directives. But they’re going to be answerable to the head of Homeland Security because he’s been very clear about what our priorities will be,” Obama said, according to a partial transcript provided by the pool reporter.
“Not only are we going to have to win this legal fight.. but ultimately we’re still going to pass a law through Congress. The bottom line is I’m using all the legal power invested in me in order to solve this problem.”
“If somebody’s working for ICE … and they don’t follow the policy, there’s going to be consequences to it.”

Okay, Obama and all Federal officials, you’re drawing a line in the sand you don’t want. You don’t realize it yet, but you don’t want to do that. You see, Obama, you’ve directly broken the law several times and completely disregarded the constitution. How can YOU then say there are consequences for ICE employees who don’t follow YOUR INVALIDATED ORDER (Federal Judge) and then hope your lawless acts go unpunished? When God gets ready, your tenure is going to end in so much shame it will pale by comparison to all others.
When? When is someone with backbone going to arrest this man for directly violating Federal laws? What a bunch of spineless individuals in high positions!!!!!!!

Watched the documentary on Lance Armstrong earlier tonight on Netflix. Reminded me of Obama. Continually getting away with it ...until one day it all came crashing down.
The documentary makes a good point in recognizing all those (hundreds) who were harmed along Lance Armstrong's route to ruin. So it is with Obama (millions!).
And there will be a reckoning for ICE officials who don’t uphold the law.

Couldn’t the judge sua sponte issue a restraining order? I don’t see why not.
It would be nice if he warned Obama that he will be held in contempt if he acts upon these threats or issues any other threats.
With regards to the Federal Employees, they know full well that retaliation can take many forms. Demotions, firings, denial of promotion, denial of pay raise, and transfers to "bad" duty areas. With this administration, I wouldn't put it past Obama and his DOJ to sic the IRS and other agencies on employees who are deemed not to be cooperative.
As far as the judge is concerned, perhaps he could issue a ruling on his own. While the comment by Obama was ostensibly aimed at the employees, the judge could conclude that a threat against employees could include him as well. And just the fact that a threat has been made before he has been able to get responses from the 26 States regarding the DOJ request to set aside his own ruling should outrage him. My opinion, is that the judge needs to give a strong response and threaten to appoint a special prosecutor, criminal prosecutions, jail and fines if any other threats are made.

Obama just threatened Federal employees that unless they do his bidding and break established LAW, he will harm and ruin them through illegal retribution.
This is unconscionable! This cannot stand. IMPEACH him! The House should vote on Articles of Impeachment immediately. Let the Senate make a mockery of the process, just as they did for BJ Clinton. But at least go down fighting. No more of this tyranny.

Federal little people (e.g. Lois Lerner) should be given to understand that, beginning in 2017, there will be an Inquisition aimed at those who implemented illegal executive orders.
IOW, if you followed orders and violated the law, you could go to the can! And/or be bankrupted by legal fees!
