The IEEE recently pointed out an obvious problem in that if you treat all packets of data equally, your VOIP call can not be treated any differently than a SPAM email from some Romanian scammer. Your call may drop because the SPAM will legally be required to have equal priority.
VOIP will be finished anyway if this goes through. They’ll regulate it out of existence.
