Divorce settlements, property rights etc that are not then referred to a judgement docket of at least an administrative judge and then to the clerk of the court for filing jurisdiction in the county? Doubt that sharia types have their own property court honored by TX. If so, then that is some news.

I live in Kerr County. The ROT members who have made the news were usually breaking the law- from trying to claim ownership of private land, to felons in posession of firearms, to refusing to renew their car registrations.

The false claims against legitimate owners of property pretty much branded them as criminals in these parts.

:: They were not hiding anything or doing anything illegal, that I’m aware of. ::

They may win in court, but...the DHS/FBI ^still^ has their fingerprints. Kinda like when [S]Hillary was found with those FBI flies. Yep, she was wrong and gave them back, but...

Horse, barn. etc.

The feds would say they get to decide who can do this and who cannot...Like they are doing in the HI case. But that won’t wash. Equal protection clause and all that. So if they allow that they will lose in court for other “natives’.

Now, it seems pretty obvious to me that this is designed for any colored folk...not white native populations. Wait for that argument to be made.

But guess what? we CAN fight them back with their own sword.

For me the whole idea is the fed power should be diminished.

Exactly. The responded to a misdemeanor with multiple felonies. Seizing cellphones, fingerprints, allowing for DNA tests, and arrest when a they should have only served a warrant were all meant to intimidate, not address crime.

“”You can’t just let people go around filing false documents to judges trying to make them appear in front of courts that aren’t even real courts,” said Kerr County sheriff Rusty Hierholzer, who led the operation.””

And since the sheriff knew the documents were false, why weren’t they simply ignored? Seems like the simplest way to handle something like that.

And yet Obama supports Hawaii’s own secessionist movement.

That's different. The Hawaiian are virtuous people of color, and vessels of the world's cooperative-universalist destiny, you see.

The Bigfoot response of Big Brother is going to make the meeting attendees' point in a way that will be much more effective than they could have done by their own efforts.

Way to go, Sasquatch.

Having had some experience in the family some 150 plus years ago, the outcome wasn’t good then either.

I'm not saying that they should be taken seriously, or that they have any chance of succeeding. I just can't believe that it is a crime to send someone a letter - replete with wax seal and ribbon - demanding that they appear before some hokey "star chamber" they've set up.

Since the courts have standing to issue summons I guess “impersonating a public servant” might be one of the charges filed.

They wouldn't be "impersonating a [bonafide] public servant" if they plainly state that their subpoena comes from the "Grandduchy of Fenwick" or some-such.

Regards,

Muslim groups get their “no go zones,” but Texans ca’t hold secessionist meetings, etc.
