Tax revolts worked in the 30s, mainly on property taxes. Not many know that.
It would be very hard with income tax withholding. You’d have to claim 50 allowances. Then the government would disallow more than one or two so everybody that pays taxes gets a refund.

Oh yeah like the Mexicans who actually do file taxes but claim 15 dependents. Yeah may have to go get me some dependents somewhere...: )
