Good question. I bet no one’s ever asked that before. I think you may have stumbled upon One Weird Trick to escape charges of soliciting sex with a minor. Your photo will probably start appearing in pop-up ads above the phrase “Prosecutors Hate Him!”

Yes.
Because one can be arrested for hiring a hit man to commit murder who is posing as a hit man but really isn’t one.
Same with any kind of conspiracy-type crime where one party is an undercover officer.
He knows what he is doing is a sex crime and has every intention to do it.
